Terms & Conditions for Tire-Inflation Stations

1. Service Agreement

By using our tire-inflation station, you agree to these Terms. Kingdom Vending Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides air-fill and related vending services.

2. Placement & Ownership

Each station is owned and maintained by Kingdom Vending Inc.

Locations hosting our equipment grant us permission to install and operate on their premises. 

3. Fees & Payments

Users are charged per inflation session, digitally displayed or posted onsite.

4. Machine Maintenance & Uptime

We commit to regular maintenance and prompt response to service issues—typically within 48 hours. 

Hosts must ensure access to utilities and reasonable site availability.

5. Liability & Insurance

We carry liability and equipment insurance spanning bodily injury, property damage, and theft/vandalism. 

You use the station at your own risk. We are not responsible for misuse or damage arising from user negligence.

6. ADA & Accessibility

We comply with ADA guidelines—positions, height, and access are ADA-compliant. 

7. Compliance with Laws

Hosts are responsible for ensuring the station’s placement complies with local zoning, ADA, and safety regulations. 

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective upon installation and continues until terminated with 30 days' written notice by either party. 

Immediate termination is permitted if either party materially breaches these Terms. 

9. Theft, Vandalism & Damage

Hosts will promptly notify us of any theft or vandalism. We reserve the right to remove equipment without penalty if issues persist. 

10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

Each party indemnifies the other against claims due to negligence or misconduct. 

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Agreements are governed by Texas law.

Disputes should first be resolved via negotiation; if unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration. 

12. Miscellaneous

This constitutes the entire Agreement—amendments must be in writing and signed.

Any notices must be served in writing (email or certified mail).
